Hello everybody, hope everyone is having a good week! Tonight's song is When You're Gone by Avril Lavigne. This song is a little sad, it's about missing someone close to you when they are away for awhile. I listen to this song when I'm missing something, it relaxes me. Avril has a very unique voice, and I love her style. She's the OG pop punk queen, and started her career when she was just 17! The reason I love this song is because, of how soft the melody is and the lyrics are beautifully written. "when you're gone, the pieces of my heart are missing you, when you're gone the face I came to know is missing too." So heartbreaking yet so beautiful.
