Hi everybody! music reviews are back! Also happy Friday! Today's song is Dinner Bell by With Confidence, this song is six years old! But honestly people good music never goes out of style, this song again was brought to me by my wonderful boyfriend, thank you babe :) so I love the beat and the arrangement of the instruments in this one, the person has an amazing voice and I love the bridge soooooo much! It goes like this "I guess I'll just sink back down into the ground and I'll burn for the sins that you have found, in the corner of my room where anger sits with clouded minds yeah souls will split. Down the middle of my life, where I just stare. At the walls of contempt that stands so bare, amongst the stars we are just specks of dust. blown in by the wind and turned to rust. There are eighteen steps till I walk by, and the cosmic colours will make you cry. And every tear you shed will feed my thoughts, and our hands will touch and turn into knots." It's also attached to the outro which I find very cool, the way this song is laid out is very interesting there's like three verses before they get to the bridge, one of them includes the chorus. Usually songs go like this: verse 1, chorus, verse 2, chorus, bridge, chorus, outro. I know that's not the case of every song, but that's typically how they go. This song goes: verse 1, chorus, verse 2, chorus, verse three, bridge/outro it's really neat!

Hey everyone welcome back to music reviews! Happy April! Today's song is (drum roll) I'm a mess by Avril Lavigne and YUNGBLUD! I like this song because of the guitar arrangement it's very consistent and has a nice tone to it. I also love the lyrics, "I'm a mess, I'm a mess, when we're not together. Such a wreck, such a wreck, hope it's not forever. Will I see you again, I wish it was me and you till the end. But I know, I'm a mess, I'm a mess. I know, I'm a mess, I'm a mess." When I first heard this song, I didn't have anyone to think about, or miss. I heard the song and related to being a mess because I am lol. But now I have someone I think about a lot, and who I love more than life itself. The lyrics mean more to me now, and I think that's pretty great :) Also Avril and YUNGBLUD sound really good together, and they remind me of me and my boyfriend. Mostly because me and Avril are both Canadian and my boyfriend and YUNGBLUD are both from England but our styles also kind of match theirs too. I love duets, especially when the voices blend really well together.
